Most “real” workshop tours look like magazine shoots, and most product reviews are written by people who have never switched the machine on. Or worse, they aren’t even written by real people!
I started Tiny Workshops in 2020 to help fix that. Since then, we’ve published interviews with dozens of makers, designers, artists, and tinkerers who get their work done in spare rooms, converted garages, or small corners of their city apartments.
We also test and review the materials and equipment used by creative hobbyists and pros alike. That includes everything from simple paint sets and printmaking tools to desktop UV printers, laser cutters, and CNC routers.
